6th Canadian Barley Symposium

The University of Saskatchewan R & D program hosted the 6^th Canadian Barley Symposium (CBS) at Saskatoon, SK Canada from July 25 to 28, 2010.  

The Symposium followed the CBS tradition of open industry and scientific exchange and discussion.  The 6^th CBS theme, "Where Have All the Acres Gone", set the tone for discussion of current issues and future opportunities from barley genomics through barley production to malting, brewing and beer and food consumption.
